CD4 Potato Peeler

A bench mounted potato peeler. Capable of peeling 5/6kg of potatoes in approximately 3/4 minutes, depending on the condition of the potatoes and their age. The machines have a "seawave" peeling plate combined with a smooth, close mesh abrasive surface produce an efficient peeling action with minimum waste.
