For cutting chips (french fries) or scallops (slices) at a rate of up to 25 kg a minute. Powered by 1/3 hp motor and fitted with stop/start push buttons. No-Volt-release and built in hopper safety switch. Hopper in 18/8 stainless steel and body in cast aluminium alloy. Standard equipment includes one universal rotor (for all sizes of chips and scallops) and one knife block (of any size). When ordering specify size of chip required.
