The HYDRAMATIC pie & pastry moulding machine, hydraulically operated, makes easywork in producing large sized Flans, Fruit and Savoury Pies. In one operation a pie base such as the traditional Veal, Ham and Egg Pie can be formed effortlessly with constant paste thickness. Replace the Blocking Die with the Lid Crimping Die to complete an attractive product.

Air : Clean and dry air at a pressure of 80 p.s.i (5½ Bar) at a rate of ½ cubic foot (14 litres) per minute, is required to aid in product separation. ¼" Tail Piece Connector fitted to machine.

Finish : White polyurethene paint and hammer grey base frame and panels, plastic coated guards.
