CROSS PIN

REPLACING CENTRE SHAFT SPRING

1 ) Punch Out Cross Pin 3/44 (B. 122).

2 ) Unscrew and remove Bracket Pin 3/43 (B. 123).

3 ) With special Tool ‘A' - 3/57 provided grip end of spring 3/55 (B. 102) push upwards to disengage other end of spring from Hook 3/42(B. 100) and then draw down and remove with special Tool 'B’- 3/58.

4 ) Insert replacement Spring into Centre Shaft 3/40 (B. 99), grip with special Tool ‘A' and push Spring until top portion engages in Hook. With Tool 'B' draw Spring down and insert Bracket Pin 3/43 (B. 123).

5 ) Replace Cross Pin 3/44 (B. 122).
