Can produce over 400 open shells per hour of various sizes, quantities and shapes - round, oval, oblong and square. Can be Gas (natural or manufactured) or Electrically heated, all machines fitted with simmerstat as standard to maintain optimum working temperature. Light weight for ease of movement and finished in food grade polyurethene paint.
