80/60/40 litre bowl capacity planetary mixer. Two level mechanical speed variator which provides an exceptional range of speeds (from 20 to 180) which is electrically controlled. The raising and lowering of the bowl is driven by a geared reducer.

80 lt capacity planetary mixer with electric control of the speed variator and of the raising and lowering of the bowl.

Equipped with spiral hook, beater and whisk.
