Powered by two enclosed fan cooled motors developing1.3, 2.6 and 2 hp protected by overload units. ON/OFF control panel incorporating NO VOLT RELEASE with 0 - 15 minute timer. Fixed threespeed drive. Controlled by individual push buttons. Safety Guards interlinked with bowl lifting mechanism.
